Creative Tapas dishes using the freshest ingredients are created for each season, with a menu that has a large selection for Dinner, Lunch and Breakfast. The food at Elements is designed to be shared with plates that range in price from $6 – $17. There is a wide variety of meats, cheeses, legumes and seafood, with flavours that come from the world’s spice rack. All Ocean Wise seafood is chosen by Chef Erin Stone to compliment the seasonal selection of ingredients, with unique and innovative dishes to satisfy all your cravings. With a “green table” commitment, there are also options available for vegetarian, gluten free
and organics conscious diners.
Elements has been voted Best Tapas by the locals in the annual Whistler Pique Newsmagazine since it opened in 2005. It also runs a close 2nd for Best Breakfast just behind the Wild Wood Pacific Bistro
(who happens to be owned by the same long-time Whistler local owners).
Chef Erin Stone originally comes from Wanganui, New Zealand where she developed an early
appreciation for fresh, local ingredients growing up on her parentʼs farm. She studied at a
prestigious New Zealand cooking school and after graduating spent several years
travelling and working as a chef in New Zealand, Scotland, England and Canada.
Erinʼs love of the outdoors and her interest in Whistlerʼs amazing food culture brought
her here in 2006. Erin enjoys working with the wide variety of local, seasonal ingredients that
British Columbia and the Pacific Northwest provides.
